Catoctin Meadows is a 74 home community resting comfortably along Route 690 and the north fork of Catoctin Creek, on the northern edge of Purcellville, Virginia. We are within the town limits and receive all the benefits provided by the town, such as sewer, water, snow removal, and road maintenance. The lots are spacious (averaging around 0.5 acres), and the trees are plentiful. We have a large common area around the creek which is a wildlife reserve and natural area.
Our neighborhood is situated within walking distance to the historic area of downtown Purcellville with paved sidewalks to the local shops and restaurants. The W&OD trail head (at the Purcellville Train Station) is approximately 0.5 miles away. It is also close to the many wineries, breweries and other attractions in bucolic Western Loudoun County.
If you are a member of the HOA community, but have not yet registered, please use the "register" feature at top right of this page. Once we verify your information, you will be granted full access to the website.
